- 1/2 oz Chambord

How to Make It
- In an ice filled shaker, add tequila, orrange juice, pineapple juice. Shake well. Strain into a collins. Float with Chambord. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

The Move: Marinade for an hour and cook only a few minutes per side. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice about 30 seconds before turning off the heat. Add butter when heat is off. Let sauce thicken while lamb is resting. Serve with Berbere spiced creamer potatoes.
